Zeta Rod™ installation

Illustration below: cutaway view of two Zeta Rod electrodes and power supply as might be installed in the condenser water inlet of a chiller, and the warm water return to a cooling tower. Multiple electrodes can be energized by a single power supply. Multiple Zeta Rods in piping.

Zeta Rod systems are easy to install and require virtually no maintenance. There are no expendable or consumable components, and no moving parts. The durable electrodes and power supplies have a service life expectancy of about 20 years - longer than most equipment upon which Zeta Rod systems are installed.

The modular architecture of the Zeta Rod system allows systems to be easily configured for a wide variety of applications. The illustration at left shows two electrodes installed in elbows in a water system, and connected to one power supply. Up to eight electrodes can be connected to a single power supply if equipment configuration permits.

[go to more information]Electrodes can also be installed in sumps, tanks, and other locations, providing a great deal of installation flexibility.
